Oct 23, 2007 ~ Second RE appointment, went over lab results.
Oct 2, 2007 ~ First RE appointment
Aug 25, 2007 ~ Cycle # 7 (induced w/ Provera) Second cycle with Femara @ 2.5mg.
July 16, 2007 ~ Cycle # 6 (induced w/ Provera) First cycle with Femara @ 2.5mg, no O.
July 3, 2007 ~ Dr. appointment with new OB/GYN
Mar 26, 2007 ~ Cycle #5 (induced w/Provera) Met only, no O.
Feb 4, 2007 ~ Cycle #4 (induced w/Provera) continued with 50mg of Clomid, no O.
Dec 19, 2006 ~ Cycle #3 (induced w/Provera) continued with 50mg of Clomid, no O.
Nov 5, 2006 ~ Cycle #2 (induced w/Provera) added 50mg of Clomid, no O.
Aug 2006 ~ Started Metformin 1500mg
Aug. 2006 ~ Dx'ed PCOS
July 15 2006 ~ Didn't take BCP. Started cycle #1
